Lincoln leads Capital Results’ Local Affairs Practice, helping local governments and agencies on a wide range of initiatives that serve their residents, spur economic growth and bridge the gap between public and private sectors. As a seasoned public administrator with a distinguished career in local and state government, public policy, and economic development, he helps local governments navigate an array of challenging circumstances. Lincoln is an effective liaison for public sector clients, bringing knowledge of every corner of local government operations, including the budget process, public-private partnerships, crisis management and executive leadership. He helps localities and other public bodies negotiate with private partners, garner public support for challenging proposals, lobby for key initiatives and maneuver through complex political landscapes.
