William works on behalf of clients advancing their communications and policy goals. His intellectual curiosity and strong communications skills make him an asset to every client with which he works. He is a graduate of Penn State University where he majored in International Relations. While completing his coursework, William worked as both a Research Associate and an Intern for two Alexandria-based government affairs firms. There, he provided research on state and federal initiatives and devised legislative networking strategies for clients across sectors ranging from health and land usage to appropriations.

William is an avid football fan on both the collegiate and professional levels, supporting both his Nittany Lions and the New York Giants. In his free time, you can find him outdoors, usually hiking, mountain biking or skiing.
